The following is a list of forms that will enable you to get more out of your educational experience with your child. Please feel free to contact the office, (310) 533 - 4498, if you have any questions regarding any of these forms.
PARENT CONNECT
Casimir Middle School is excited to be implementing a new feature of our student database called “Parent Connect”. As of receipt of this letter your Parent Connect account has been activated. This means that once you have filed this information sheet with us we will email you your username and password and you will be able to access several aspects of your student’s records privately online.
TELEPARENT
If you are not receiving Teleparent messages, are receiving the messages but in the wrong language and believe that it could be due to a data error please upload the form below and turn it into the office. This form also provides you with the ability to opt out of the calls or have an additional number added to the call list.

WELLNESS POLICY
If you would like to review the Wellness Policy and how it effects your child's daily routine at Casimir, upload the Wellness Policy and check it out. We welcome any feedback.
LATE START STUDY HALL
If you would like to sign up for or opt out of the Tuesday Study Hall, upload and fill out the following form. Turn it into the office as soon as possible so your child can be taken off or placed on the roster.
